Public parking spaces will return to some of the restricted streets near the New York Stock Exchange at night, according to the city Dept. of Transportation.
The following streets will soon offer parking spaces:
• Nassau St. between Wall and Pine Sts., west side: Parking for the National Park Service (Federal Hall) during the day; community parking at night.
• Broad St. between Exchange Pl. and Beaver St., west side: Truck loading during the day; community parking at night.
• Exchange Pl. between Beaver and William Sts., north side: Truck loading during the day; community parking at night.
• New St., east side: Truck loading and parking for the Dept. of Consumer Affairs during the day; community parking at night.
Wall St. will remain a “No Standing Anytime” zone between Nassau and William Sts., and cars still will not be able to access Wall St. between Broadway and Nassau St., and Broad St. between Wall St. and Exchange Pl., D.O.T. said. The city did not give the date when the changes will take effect.
