Pink puppy, a pirate and Pooh at kids’ parade

Local kids were frightfully cute in their costumes at the 15th Annual Children’s Halloween Parade at Washington Square Park on Monday afternoon. Ava Andrews, 19 months old, was a Pooh in a stroller; also in a stroller was Thomas, 11 months, who came as a pirate and was checking out his parrot attached to the stroller’s front; was there a spark between fireman Stokley Towles, 3, and pink puppy Katie Ying, 51/2?
