Patrick J. Lynch, president of the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, and Gwen Carr, mother of Eric Garner, spoke outside police headquarters on Wednesday after the disciplinary hearing for NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo adjourned for the day. Garner died after he was subdued by police.
