Idea: Footprints are marked by two surface voids which are 30 feet below street level and are also reflective pools. Names around the poo are listed randomly to reflect the randomness of their deaths/. A printed directory would point family members to their loved one’s name.
Replaces Libeskind cultural layout with a West St. museum
Accessibility: Plaza is at street level but to shield the memorial from highway noise, access across West St. is blocked.
