Relaxed inspection

Construction workers inspected the Borough of Manhattan Community College’s overhang, which crosses Harrison St.. The street was closed to traffic this Saturday as workers performed a checkup on the building while students lounged above. A B.M.C.C. spokesperson said that the crew was performing basic maintenance to check on the structural integrity of the beams and ensure that no loose tiles were present on the exterior of the structure.
