Downtown Singers, has extended its auditions for four additional days for its benefit concert to be held on June 16 this year at the Tribeca Performing Arts Center. Originally called the Down Town Glee Club, this small but long-standing institution holds rehearsals Downtown and has performed in Midtown since the 9/11 terror attacks.
The auditions will be held on February 22, March 1, 8 and 15. All auditions will be held at 74 Trinity Place except the February 22 one, which will take place at Trinity Church between Wall Street and Broadway. The group encourages male participants at all levels of experience in singing.
