Sunset and no PEPs make for an easy rider

With no Park Enforcement Patrol officers apparently in sight, a cyclist on the Hudson River Park esplanade had a backlit, mellow moment. Cycling technically isn’t allowed on the esplanade, so the pedaler should have dismounted or gone over to the bike path.
