2004 Drama Desk Award- nominee Henry Wishcamper (“Pullman Car Hiawatha”) has combined “Macbeth” and Alfred Jarry’s 1896 silent play “Ubu Roi,” considered a harbinger of the Dada and Surreal art movements to come, in “ThePolish Play,” starring Jordan Gelber of “Avenue Q” fame (above, left with Ryan Gelder).
