The NYPD is looking for a trio who robbed a West Village store last month.
According to police, at 10:45 a.m. on Oct. 19, an 18-year-old female employee of the store, located at 152 7th Avenue South, was approached by three unknown men inside the establishment. The three broke through the front door of the store while the employee tried to lock the door.
After breaking down the door, the suspects forced their way behind the counter and took multiple products. The suspects then took off to parts unknown on foot.
The victim suffered minor injuries to her arms in her attempts to hold the door shut.
All three suspects are described as men with dark complexions, two with medium builds and one with a small build. The first suspect was last seen wearing a black du-rag, black hoodie, black sweatpants, black sneakers, and a black backpack. The second suspect was last seen wearing a black hoodie, gray sweatpants, and gray sneakers, with headphones around his neck. The third suspect was last seen wearing a black hoodie with the hood pulled up, gray jeans, and white sneakers.
