A self-guided tour of 11 Tribeca lofts to benefit the Friends of Duane Park will take place Sunday, Oct. 19 from 1 p.m.to 5 p.m. Stops include lofts in landmark locations such as the Sugar Warehouse and the Julliard Building. Many are the work of top-flight designers, and have been featured in national design magazines.
Friends of Duane Park will use the proceeds in the upkeep and improvement of Duane Park and for family events such as Halloween parties, Earth Day celebrations and family-friendly concerts in the park. Tickets are available for $45 and will go on sale at Duane Park, on Hudson and Duane Sts., starting at 12:30 the day of the tour.
