Unlikely football party setting

Super Bowl parties aren’t just in bars and houses, they are also in places for people who don’t have homes. The NYC Rescue Mission, a homeless service center on Lafayette St., hosted a Super Bowl party earlier this month for residents and clients. The New York Giants were no doubt disappointed with their first round playoff loss, which cost them a chance of making the big game, but the G-men got over that and donated some team merchandise to the attendees.
