State Senator Tom Duane has called a Village town hall meeting on bars and nightlife at 6:30 p.m. Mon., Dec. 6, at Housing Works, on the fourth floor of 320 W. 13th St.
Representatives from the State Liquor Authority, Sixth Precinct police, the Department of Environmental Protection, Community Board 2, New York City Nightlife Association, Mayor’s Office of Midtown Enforcement and the Department of Buildings are expected to attend. Councilmembers Christine Quinn and Alan Gerson and Assemblymember Deborah Glick are also on the agenda.
