Kids Introduction to Martial Arts Kids take part in games and conditioning drills while learning basic martial arts skills and developing physically, socially and mentally. 8 Saturdays starting Jan. 6. 3-6 year olds: 1:15-1:45pm; 7-11 year olds: 2-2:45pm. $83 members, $108 non-members.
American Red Cross Lifeguard Training This 6-week course teaches all the skills needed by professional lifeguards to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies at swimming pools and open waterfront facilities. CPR and first aid skills included. Receive certification upon completion. Sat., Jan. 20 – Feb. 24 from 1-8pm. $300 members, $350 non-members; $25 of which is due for the pre-test on Jan. 20 at 1pm. Must be 15 or older before Feb. 24.
Baby & Me Swims By the end of the program, kids ages 1-3 years will be floating and kicking on their own. Until then, parents hold their kids as they get used to the water. 10 Saturdays starting Jan. 20 from 2-2:30pm or 10 Tuesdays starting Jan. 23 from 7:15-7:45pm. $160 members, $210 non-members.
Swim Lessons Various levels of lessons are available from beginner to advanced. Many of the classes are for all ages and are great for families who want to learn to swim together. Call for more information. 10 sessions on Saturdays or Sundays beginning Jan. 20 & 21. $145 members, $195 non-members. Mandatory swim tests take place on Sat., Jan. 13 from 1-5pm and Sun., Jan. 14 from 2-5pm.
