Cops looking for group who looted Manhattan North Face store twice

Police are looking for the group of thieves who looted the same North Face store Manhattan on separate days earlier this year. 

According to the investigation, the first robbery occurred on Jan. 8, when the group entered the store at 584 Broadway and grabbed approximately $2,700 worth of clothing, before fleeing without paying at around 3 p.m.

The next day, the same group came back into the same store at 4:15 p.m, before grabbing $1,380 worth of clothing and fleeing without paying. 

No arrests have yet been made, and the investigation remains ongoing. 

The 5th Police Precinct, where the pair of robberies occurred, saw 112 incidents of grand larceny so far this year, according to NYPD stats

Citywide, police have investigated 7,188 such crimes — marking a slight decline from the 7,277 grand larcenies during the same timeframe last year.
