Cops are looking for a woman who robbed a man on the streets of Queens last week.
According to police, at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 10, a 67-year-old man was walking home in the vicinity of 40th Avenue and 23rd Street in Long Island City when an unknown woman tried to reach into his back pocket and take his wallet. A struggle ensued between the two, causing the woman to push the man to the ground.
The suspect took the victim’s MetroCard and $60 before fleeing on foot towards towards the Queensbridge Houses. The victim suffered scratches to the face and bruised eye but refused medical attention at the scene.
