Police are searching for the gunman who tried to shoot a victim on the Upper West Side on Dec. 30.
According to the investigation, the suspect got into a verbal argument with the 39-year-old victim near 161 West 61 St. at around 5:20 p.m, before brandishing a firearm and discharging one round near the victim.
The bullet missed, and the suspect fled on foot southbound along Amsterdam Avenue.
No one sustained any injuries from the incident, and no arrests have yet been made.
The sought individual is described as a male with a light skin complexion, slim build, approximately 30 to 35 years of age and 170 pounds.
