Camp Rockaway photos: Glamping near the historic Jacob Riis Park Bathhouse

Battered by superstorm Sandy, the art deco, historic Jacob Riis Park Bathhouse has been repurposed as the Riis Park Beach Bazaar.

And, for the first time, beachgoers can stay overnight in the courtyard, glamping in 10-foot-by-12-foot canvas tents mounted on raised wooden platforms. Also pretty fancy: The Atlantic is just a quick stroll away.

Take a look at accommodations that include queen-size beds with fresh linens, two solar-powered fans and an outside deck with lounge chairs.
