Friday, Oct. 31: Happy Halloween!
Halloween in East Midtown 2025: The East Midtown Partnership is excited to welcome kids 12 and under and their families to the annual Halloween in East Midtown. Paint your ghastliest pumpkins, snap selfies at the spooky Jack-O-Lantern display, transform into the creepiest ghouls and goblins with face painting, and of course, trick-or-treat for candy and other phantasmic treats at over 100 participating businesses around East Midtown. 919 3rd Ave., Manhattan. 3 – 7 p.m. Free.
New York City Official Halloween Bar Crawl: Prepare for the ultimate Halloween celebration with our Official Halloween Bar Crawl! Join fellow goblins, witches, vampires, and party enthusiasts as we take over the city’s top bars and venues. Coyote Ugly New York, 233 East 14th St., Manhattan. 5 – 11 p.m. $6.99.
Saturday, Nov. 1: Cans!
Mano a Mano’s Día de Muertos Celebration at Lincoln Center: Help create a community ofrenda (“offering”) in collaboration with Mano a Mano: Mexican Culture Without Borders by bringing copies of photographs, notes, and letters to honor your loved ones throughout this celebration. The night will feature a performance by Pasatono Orquesta, an ensemble dedicated to the musical culture of the Mixtec—portraying the old mixed bands with strings, wind instruments, and percussion, almost extinct today in the Mixteca. David Rubenstein Atrium at Lincoln Center, 61 W 62nd St., Manhattan. 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. Free.
Canstruction New York at Brookfield Place: Canstruction is back at Brookfield Place! The beloved annual design competition challenges teams of architects, engineers, and contractors to build sculptures made entirely out of unopened cans of food. Brookfield Place, 230 Vesey St., Manhattan. 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Free.
Sunday, Nov. 2: Food fest!
