After less than three months, Oscar-winner Hilary Swank and financial adviser and tennis coach Ruben Torres have ended their engagement.
Without giving specifics, representatives for Swank, 41, confirmed to People magazine Monday that she and Torres, 35, were no long affianced.
Hours earlier, Swank had posted a graphical text on Instagram, reading, “Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself. (Unknown),” accompanied by the message “Every single day we have a choice. How do you want to live it today? #MakeAChoice #MakeItHappen #MondaysMantra.”
The “Million Dollar Baby” star was married to actor Chad Lowe from September 1997 until announcing in January 2006 that they were separating. They had no children.
