One story, told week by week, is getting many more weeks.
‘Serial,’ which broke podcast records in in October 2014 is returning with not one but two new season!
In an email that went out to newsletter subscribers on Wednesday, the ‘Serial’ team annouced that they are “hard at work reporting not one, but two distinct new stories. This means weare planning on a third season of Serial.”
Thanks to the two corresponding projects, there will hopefully be a shorter gap between seasons two and three, making it so much easier to get our ‘Serial’ fix in 2015.
And what exactly will Sarah Koenig be investingating this time?
“We canat tell you details about the new stories yet. What we can say is that theyare very different from Season One, but no less interesting to us,” the ‘Serial’ newsletter stated.
