There are many elements that go into a theatrical production: actors, lights, sound, sets… not to mention the script. And there are also costumes and props, two elements that come into contact with the actors in ways the other elements do not.

At the Public Theater’s Shakespeare in the Park, there is also weather to take into account. Costumes have to be kept in good shape.

Tide is the “official wardrobe care partner” of the Public Theater’s free Shakespeare in the Park, and on Thursday the partnership allowed for the viewing of costumes worn by the actors in “Much Ado About Nothing.” The show is being performed through July 6.
