Man fatally stabbed Monday evening in Concourse section of the Bronx

A 33-year-old man was fatally stabbed Monday evening in the Concourse section of the Bronx.

Police received a 911 call at around 7:50 p.m. of a reported stabbing in the vicinity of 206 East and 167 Streets, within the confines of the 44th precinct.

When police arrived, officers discovered Jermaine Williams, a Bronx resident, with a stab would to the stomach. He received aid on the scene and transported to NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln where he was pronounced dead.

Police have made no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
