A healthier horror show

Tompkins Square Park became Tompkins Scare Park last Saturday during an all-day Halloween event. Clockwise from above: MC Christopher and some zombies boned up on their freaky antics; kids got Healthy Halloween snack bags; and students from Grand Street High School put on a fashion show. The festival brought together East Village artists, children and teens, in the words of its organizers, “to reinvent Halloween with style, with a theme of creativity over candy.”
