Celebrities who voted in the presidential election

Politically minded celebrities put their star power to use and urged fans to vote in the 2016 presidential election on social media.

While many came out in support of a particular candidate (America Ferrera, Amy Schumer and Lena Dunham are with Hillary Clinton, to name a few), others — like Lionel Richie — just hoped to encourage fans to be heard.
