The NYPD is looking for a shooter who injured a man in an unprovoked attack in Chelsea last month.
Authorities say that at 3:30 a.m. on Nov. 13, a 32-year-old man was leaving a taxi at West 23rd Street and Avenue of the Americas when, in an unprovoked attack, an unknown individual fired a shot into the victim’s chest at close range.
The suspect then fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.
