TRINITY CHURCH’S CONCERTS AT ONE New York Scandia Symphony opens a 3-concert series on Thurs., Nov. 6 at 1 p.m. Led by Music Director Dorrit Matson, the opening program features the U.S. premiere of Poul Schierbeck’s The Night and Friedrich Kuhlau’s Piano Concerto, Op. 7. The symphony’s mission is to present imaginative programs of music by classical, romantic and contemporary Scandinavian composers.
