A band of “bad” Santas landed in Lower Manhattan Saturday to celebrate SantaCon, a holiday parade of pranks and public drunkenness. Preferring beer and nuts to milk and cookies, these Santas, a mob of several hundred clad in red, made their way through Manhattan. From Downtown Brooklyn, the Santas walked up to the Brooklyn Bridge, top, on their way to the Seaport before moving Downtown to Wall St. San Francisco hosted the first SantaCon in 1994, and since then, the event has spread across the country and the globe.
