SEA/WORLD Lisa Studier’s first solo exhibition consists of an underwater world of fish and other sea creatures rendered in rich color layers and textures. A STRUGGLE TO OVERCOME CULTURAL, POLITICAL BARRIERS “No Foreigners Beyond this Point” is set in Guangdong, China in 1980, just after the horrors of the Cultural Revolution.
