New Yorkers will be able to turn their world uʍop ǝpᴉsdn and transport themselves to Hawkins, Indiana without leaving the city next spring.

Following its success in Los Angeles, the brand new Stranger Things: The Experience is set to open in New York City in spring 2022. New Yorkers will be able to fully immerse themselves in the “Stranger Things” world of supernatural mystery, friendship, and 80s nostalgia.

“We know our Stranger Things fans will embrace the chance to be the heroes of the story, working alongside Eleven, Mike and the rest of the gang to escape the evil threatening to consume Hawkins,” says Greg Lombardo, Head of Experiences at Netflix. “As Dustin would say, it’s time for a curiosity voyage – so bring your paddles to travel!”

Co-produced by Netflix and Fever, Stranger Things: The Experience gives guests a chance to an intimate guided new adventure written especially for the experience alongside their favorite characters before the chance to hang out and explore all the major locations from the show. Guests will embark on an adventure through locations such as the Hawkins Lab and the Upside Down as they explore the darker side of Hawkins.

After escaping from the Upside Down, fans can explore other iconic “Stranger Things” locations, such as Scoops Ahoy and the Palace Arcade, and have (or avoid) encounters with Demogorgons in the Upside Down. There will also be “Stranger Things” themed food and beverages and exclusive merchandise available for purchase.

Tickets will go on sale on July 8 at strangerthings-experience.com. The number of tickets will be limited and will start at $54. Fans can sign up for the waitlist to receive early information on ticket availability and can follow @strangerthings.experience for more information.
