Signed in December 1995, the Dayton Accords was the general peace agreement putting an end to the three-and-a-half-year-long war in Bosnia. Other panelists on Feb. 9 included Madeline Albright, former U.S. secretary of state; former General Wesley Clark; Ivo Josipovic, president of the Republic of Croatia; and Catherine Ashton, European Union high representative.
