The Cardinals’ Brian McKenna was the winning pitcher and went all six innings. John Connuck went 3 for 4 with 2 RBI’s with a single, double and triple. Sam Standing went 2 for 3 with 4 RBI’s and hit a 3-run homerun in the bottom of the second. Christopher Krasnow went 2 for 3 with 1 RBI. Richard Nelson-Chow went 2 for 3. Stephen Iglehart had 1 RBI in the bottom of the fifth to drive in an insurance run for the Brewers. Basil Lyons made a spectacular running-diving catch in right field to end a threat.
