Grassroots public input

Throughout Lower Manhattan on Saturday, traffic boxes and telephone poles were covered with white pieces of paper. No one knew where they came from or who posted them.

They contained two questions: One, asking why Park51 should be moved and another asking why Park51 should remain at its proposed site.
