P.S. 3 Festival seeks auction donations

P.S. 3 will hold its Fall Festival on Sat., Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The festival is currently seeking donations for both a silent auction and art auction. The proceeds benefit the art and music programs at the public elementary school, at 490 Hudson St. between Christopher and Grove Sts., which is known for its encouragement of childrens’ creativity. Suggestions for donations include: professional services or consultation by hour or project; artwork, such as prints, photos, paintings, ceramics; tickets to cultural or sporting events; trial class or seminar; books, CD’s, new toys, gift items; gift certificates; and subscriptions. P.S. 3 is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and donations are deductible to the full extent of the law.
