State Senator Tom Duane has released his third podcast, which focuses on the “illegal hotels” proliferating in Manhattan. The podcast features a guest appearance by Upper West Side Assemblymember Linda Rosenthal, who gives an audio tour of a room she booked online in a notorious illegal hotel on W. 79th St. Annie Venesky, a resident of the building, is also featured narrating a walk through her floor.
Duane launched his podcast last December. His podcasts are listed on Apple iTunes and all other major podcast directories. New podcasts will also be posted on Duane’s Web site at www.tomduane.com/podcast.htm.
The podcast is produced by Adam Riff, a Duane legislative aide.
