Call it the ATM that never sleeps in the city that never sleeps. Raising the ordinary ATM sign to another level, a deli at Ninth St. and Second Ave. sports a sidewalk-spanning, completely ATM’ed-out, neon canopy — leaving no doubt that there is, truly, a 24-hour, cash-dispensing machine within.
