A panting dog waited outside the swank Tribeca residence of “Le Chaud Lapin” (“The Hot Rabbit”) Dominique Strauss-Kahn on Franklin St. a few weeks ago. The former I.M.F. head, who is under both house arrest and armed guard, recently pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual assault and attempted rape of a maid at a Midtown hotel.
