Scene
Last week at her Midtown office, Senator Hillary Clinton, shown holding a photo of the fumes and dust emanating from the World Trade Center after the 9/11 terrorist attack, called for the federal Environmental Protection Agency to implement an adequate testing program for homes affected by Trade Center fallout, both right around the site and as far away as Downtown Brooklyn. Clinton said the testing program conducted previously was inadequate. Behind her are Congressmember Jerrold Nadler and Councilmember Alan Gerson.
