Police have ruled the death of a baby boy in Staten Island last month a homicide.
Cops said that Paulie Khan, who was two months old at the time, died on March 8 from ingesting an illicit substance, believed to be fentanyl that was found in his bottle.
Khan, whose parents are from New Jersey, was reportedly visiting his grandparents at their Arden Avenue home, near Arthur Kill Road, when he was killed.
Police received a 911 call at around noon on March 8 that there was an unconscious baby inside the house. Paulie was transported to Staten Island University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There have been no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
