Asian Americans for Equality held a ribbon-cutting ceremony last Friday for its newly expanded Community Technology Center at 111 Norfolk St., between Delancey and Rivington Sts. Established in 1999, the Community Technology Center offers diverse computer literacy programs for children and adults in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Spanish. It is free for youth and low cost for adults.
