Times correction: No hotel at Inn

A July 4 article on the Meat Market in The New York Times “Styles Section” incorrectly reported a new hotel is being planned on the site of the former Rio Mar restaurant on Ninth Ave. In fact, the building has been leased, said an employee at the real estate brokerage firm that was marketing the property. “It’s going to be a bar/restaurant, more or less what it was before” said a woman who answered the phone at Robert Cancellere real estate. “It’s under contract.” The confusion may have been caused by the restaurant’s name, The Inn. Next door is 5 9, a new restaurant in a three-story building. Many miss Rio Mar — which had great sangria, though the paella was a little on the M.S.G. — which was forced out due to high rent.
