To the nines for Three Kings

Jose La Rosa lives at 94 E. First St., a building in which most of the residents are elderly. Now well into his 70s, he used to be a cook and a decorator, learning the skills for the latter during a stint in Las Vegas. La Rosa festively decorated his apartment, above, to the nines with colorful paper and ornaments for Three Kings Day on Jan. 6.
