A window washer fell to his death from the 12th floor of a 13-story loft building on W. 26th St. between Broadway and Sixth Ave. in Chelsea shortly after 1 p.m. on Mon. Nov. 10, police said. Alexander Hemsley, 48, of Brooklyn, fell when his safety belt snapped as his partner looked on in horror.
