Police are looking for the two burglars who looted a SoHo garment store and stole around $225,000 worth of merchandise on Monday.
According to the investigation, the thieves broke into Rebag, located at 390 W. Broadway, at around 11 p.m. and broke several display cases, before snagging nearly a quarter-million dollars worth of designer bags and other accessories.
The perps then fled the scene, and were last spotted near Fresh Pond Road and 60th Road in Queens.
As of Friday morning, Rebag has still not reopened to the public, and store officials did not respond to a request for comment.
No one was reported injured during the break-in, and no arrests have yet been made.
The 1st Police Precinct, where the theft occurred, has seen 30 other burglaries so far this year — marking an uptick from the 25 such crimes reported during the same time period last year, according to NYPD stats.
Citywide, police have investigated 1,686 burglaries on the streets of the five boroughs this year.
