Crook swipes cash from Manhattan laundromat employee after talking about pricing: NYPD

Cops are looking for a crook who robbed a man inside a Manhattan laundromat.

According to police, at 12:40 p.m. on July 20 an 83-year-old man was working at Haric Laundry, located at 335 East 65th Street, when an unknown man came up to him and asked about pricing. During the conversation, the suspect became irate and grabbed the victim around the torso.

The suspect then grabbed $100 from the victim’s shirt pocket and fled the scene in an unknown direction. The victim was not injured as a result of the incident.
