Real Estate New York Fashion Week: NYC homes of Alexander Wang, Kanye West and more By Lauren Cook firstname.lastname@example.org Updated September 13, 2016 2:54 PM Print Share fbShare Tweet Email The city is one of the biggest fashion capitals of the world, which means many big name designers and models live right here in Manhattan. With New York Fashion Week coming to a close, these exhausted designers and models can finally head back to their homes and rest. But before they do, let’s take a tour around New York City, courtesy of StreetEasy, to see where the stars of the fashion industry live and what their high-priced pads look like. Alexander Wang Photo Credit: StreetEasy / Corcoran Alexander Wang's TriBeCa loft may be up for sale, but after a long day of hobnobbing with fashion's elite, we're pretty sure he doesn't mind having a place to call home in the city. Wang bought the loft, located at 39 Worth St., in 2010 for $2 million, and it's now selling for $3.75 million, StreetEasy reports. Kanye West Photo Credit: StreetEasy / Douglas Elliman OK, OK, so Kanye West doesn't actually own or even rent this place, but that kind of makes his Fashion Week living situation even more impressive. Kanye and Kim are reportedly posted up in this $24.5 million penthouse triplex, located at 471 Washington St. in TriBeCa, for free, courtesy of AirBnb, according to StreetEasy. Yup, that's right. For free. Just let that sink in. Gisele Bundchen Photo Credit: StreetEasy Supermodel Gisele Bündchen and beau Tom Brady recently put their apartment at One Madison on the market for $17.35 million, but they're not over New York City just yet. Instead, the couple will be moving downtown to a $20 million condo in TriBeCa. StreetEasy reports the condo, located at 70 Vestry St., is a new waterfront project by developer Related Companies. Alessandra and Allegra Gucci Photo Credit: StreetEasy / Corcoran Contrary to what you may believe so far, not everyone in the fashion industry lives downtown. Enter, Alessandra and Allegra Gucci, who live in a duplex penthouse inside midtown's Olympic Tower (641 Fifth Ave.). If you're interested in owning a little piece of fashion real estate, the sisters have listed the place for $35 million. Gigi Hadid Photo Credit: StreetEasy / Corcoran Supermodel Gigi Hadid once called NoLiTa home, but she traded in the $2.3 million condo she got from her mother in 2010 for a new $3.9 million pad at 10 Bond St. in NoHo, StreetEasy reports. Mary-Kate Olsen Photo Credit: StreetEasy / Douglas Elliman Making up one-half of the famous fashion duo who run The Row, Mary-Kate Olsen recently moved from her downtown rental in the East Village to a townhouse in Kips Bay, located at 226 East 49th St. Ashley Olsen Photo Credit: StreetEasy Back in May, Ashley Olsen went from high-end fashion to high-end real estate with her purchase of this $7.3 million Greenwich Village condo located at 37 East 12th St. Mickey Drexler Photo Credit: StreetEasy The CEO of J.Crew initially put his TriBeCa townhouse, located at 464 Greenwich St., on the market for $29.995 million back in May, but has since dropped the price to $27.5 million.
