If you’ve become exasperated with social media, board games, and other ways to pass the time in quarantine then fret not because there are other ways to keep sane.

As far as keeping your mind sharp goes, the people behind TED talks launched TED Connects, which will be a daily discussion with global leaders such as Bill Gates and other experts on a latitude of subject matter each day at noon.

On the entertainment side of things, Kevin Allison, the creator of the podcast and live show, Risk! will be live-streaming his storytelling performance on Zoom tonight at 9:30 p.m.

Meanwhile, other entertainers are using Instagram to stream performances and are even taking live music requests from viewers as well. If you just want something to binge while homebound, we’ve got you covered there too.

Then after bumming around if you want to get up and become a little more active, there are options for that as well. Blink Fitness is holding a daily workout stream on Facebook Live each morning at 8 a.m., while other fitness influencers like Devon Lesque, who has trained Victoria’s Secret Models and other celebrities will be doing a live stream workout each night at 5 p.m.

That workout stream also includes challenge prizes for those with the biggest transformation along with a $1,000 cash reward.

After working up an appetite from an intense workout, who’s to say that ordering in with a drink and dessert is the worst thing in the world?

The West Village’s Philly cheesesteak haven Wogies announced that it will be giving one free meal a day to NYPD, FDNY, nurses and food industry friends amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Meanwhile, Clinton Hall’s multiple locations throughout the city will also begin doing delivery and curbside pickup as of today as well.

Also in an unprecedented move, alcoholic drinks can now be delivered right to your door.

Torch & Crown, the soon to be open brewery in Chelsea, launched a beer delivery portal that is sure to get you through this time of quarantine.

Something a little bit sweet will also contribute to making your time at home a little bit more enjoyable as well. Doughnuttery now offers deliverable do-it-yourself mini donut kits that can be ordered on both Seamless and Amazon

So being stuck inside might not be the ideal set of circumstances, but at least there are plenty of ways to keep things interesting in quarantine.
