It’s only fitting for Paul Simon to perform what he’s saying will be his last show ever in New York City.
Some of the Queens-born singer’s most iconic performances took place within the city’s storied venues and parks, including the showstopper 1981 Art Garfunkel reunion concert and free 1991 show, both which took over Central Park.

In honor of his farewell stint, we’re taking a look back at some of the artist’s most memorable NYC show moments, from the 1981 reunion to today.
