Imagine this: You’re walking down Broadway and you’re suddenly met by a van full of adoptable puppies and kittens. That’s exactly what happened to unsuspecting New Yorkers who stopped by North Shore Animal League America’s mobile adoption van on Thursday.
The shelter rolled up to McGinn Cazale Theatre with actress Lisa Lampanelli to promote her off-Broadway play “Stuffed,” while encouraging adoptions.
There were tons of different breeds of dogs and cats at the event, but they all had one thing in common — big, open hearts.
Contact the shelter at animalleague.org to find out if these pets still need homes.
