Roll up your sleeves and learn the art of authentic pasta-making this Mother’s Day with a true Italian Nonna. No need to book that flight to Italy because the Nonna’s are coming to Manhattan.

Spend an afternoon full of pasta rolling, shaping and tasting with Nonna Angela, one of the founders behind @pastawithgrandma. From the small village of Palombara Sabina, Italy, Pasta with Grandma is a unique in-person and online cooking experience that explores traditional Italian cuisine.

During this class, guests have the opportunity to learn about cherished recipes from Nonna Angela along with personal techniques that can only be passed down to further generations and the stories and memories behind each dish.

While Nonna Angela shares her secrets to making handmade pasta, guests will learn how to make Farfalle with Pistachio Pesto, Tagliolini with Guanciale, and Affogato. Wine will also be provided.
