Drink 1,440 types of Bloody Marys at the Wayfarer’s brunch

This boozy brunch is far from bottomless.

The Wayfarer, a New American seafood-focused restaurant adjacent to the Quin Hotel, has launched a new Bloody Mary menu, featuring more than 1,400 customizable brunch drinks!

The “Build A Bloody” card, created by Executive Chef Cliff Crooks, allows brunchers to customize their boozy breakfast, including the “poison” (Absolut, Absolut Elx or Ancho Reyes and two non-alcoholic options: cucumber or tomato Water), mixer (traditional, spicy, kale and tomatillo green juice), rim (poppy and sesame seed, smoked paprika, celery salt and more) and garnish (pork rind, cheddar cheese, pickled okra and more) on a unique Bloody.

Each Bloody Mary creation starts at $12, which includes three ingredient choices, with additional add-ons at 50-cents each.

The Wayfarer’s Build a Bloody will launch on Saturday, March 14th, with brunch service running through 4 p.m. We’d like to see what those late afternoon Bloodys look like.
